Stay, Explore, Relax.
And of course, Sobremesa*

Situated on the edge of the Brecon Beacons National Park with both the river Llynfi and the river Wye on the doorstep.
With fishing, hiking, walking, kayaking, canoeing, paddle boarding, gorge walking, horse riding, and cycling all within close proximity
Lower Porthamel is part of a working farm where livestock and feed are grown on the arable pastures.
The campsite is located on the farm’s organic orchard, so you will sleep between the very apple trees that make the cider in the onsite tap room.
Sobremesa Drinks has been making farmhouse beers and natural ciders at Lower Porthamel since march 2023. We serve all our produce as fresh as it comes at the tap room, alongside local cheeses and charcuterie and our favourite Spanish snacks.
We have a range of accommodations for all holiday makers, so book your stay in nature!
*SOBREMESA: time after lunch when people linger at the table and chat with family and friends
