Situated 1/2 mile from the village of Talybont-on-Usk with it’s 2 pubs, shop/cafe, post office, bike shop, bike hub, Monmouth to Brecon Canal, Talybont Reservoir, Waterfalls & Taff Trail,  5 miles from the Market town of Brecon in Powys with it’s full range of facilities including Cathedral, supermarkets, cinema, leisure centre, canal basin, river, boats & Theatr Brycheiniog;  20 minute drive from the book town of Hay-on-Wye and Gateway to Wales town of Abergavenny.
 
Nestled in the heart of the Brecon Beacons National Park, Talybont-on-Usk is the ideal place to spend time exploring the stunning landscape on foot, bike or boat. Explore what we have in way of local produce (including our “True Taste of Wales Gold Award winning Sausages).
Secure cycle storage and bike & boot washing facilities.
Guests are welcome to borrow a selection pushbikes, selection of baby carriers/backpacks, maps, guide books for walking & cycling. Other activities include fishing, riding, climbing, caving, walking, exploring waterfalls, rivers, lakes and reservoirs, kitesurfing & sailing.
Within a ten minute drive you are at the biggest caving network in Wales, 20 Minutes to Bike Park Wales and the same to Zip World Tower.
 
Peacock Cottage:  A 3 bedroom cottage. It has a double bedroom, twin bedroom and a upper floor with twin beds plus a futon double. The bathroom has a a spa shower/bath, toilet and sink. Dishwasher. Large open living area for family get togethers, enclosed patio area & children and pets friendly.
 
Ty Fferm Hen:  The original 1600 century farm house of Coity Bach Farm. This has an open plan bedroom with a double & two singles, downstairs there is also a deluxe double sofa bed, This cottage sleeps 6 people max.
 
Ty Bach Twt;  A one bedroom insulated wooden lodge with heating, shower room, smart TV, kitchen/ living room with a double sofa bed and patio area, which can accommodate 4 max.
 
Ty Olwyn Bach: Is a little cosy lodge on wheels for 2 with fold down double bed, patio area, large shower room.
 
Ty Nofio :  Is our oak Swimming pool house, which houses a heated Swimming pool 4’10” deep, 16′ long with two spa seats and 16 jets, marble tiled with underfloor heating, a mosaic tiled wet room also with underfloor heating. Dining tables inside & out, a 3/4 sofa bed & metal aviation furniture.
On the upper level which has a Juliet balcony & oak veranda over looking the dining area there are  2 double beds, 1 single, a bed chair.  A 50″ smart TV, leather sofa.
Outside there is a oak, undercover, decked area with aviation egg chairs seating & a hammock.
On the patio area there is a large fire pit, hard wood benches, BBQ & al fresco metal chairs for dining.
This accommodation has a 30 mile view of the Black Mountains centred with the wonderful Sugar Loaf Mountain. Enclosed & pet friendly
Gypsy Caravan ;   Happily we have 2, with shared showers, toilets, laundry & kitchenette.
 
Ty Gwenyn, Coity Bach, is situated on the farm stead with it own area. It is original Quakers carriage that has been modernised for full enjoyment. Inside it has a double bed with a memory form mattress, toilet, sink, small kitchen area with hob and mini oven, original Belfast kitchen sink and a sitting bench area, it has a radiator, hot water, plugs, lights and USB ports, a smart tv and wifi. outside is a patio area with seating for 2, its own large fire pit. Walks and mountain Biking from the door. The Usk Valley Trail can be joined in our field, direct access onto the Bryn Hill with fantastic views of Llangors Lake, Brecon and our tallest mountain Pen-y-Fan can be enjoyed.
Mountain Bike trails regional trails start 200 yards away.
Star Box to sit out view the stars, double bed etc.
 
All cottages and lodges have patio furniture, wifi, fire pits, BBQ’S & Hot Tubs. we are a pet friendly farm & love to welcome you to our quirky smallholding.
