Set in the grounds of Ty Mawr, a Grade 2 * Georgian Mansion located on the outskirts of the pretty village of Llanfrynach. Perfect for the great outdoors or just curled up infront of the roaring log burners, these cottages will delight whatever the season.
 
 
The names of the cottages reflect their former use and each has its own distinct interior design with private patios and garden areas (perfect for dog lovers).
 
 
The Bothy – 2 bedrooms.
The Gardener’s Bothy dates back to the early 1800’s and has now been lovingly restored ensuring the charm and character of this period cottage have not been lost. Original exposed beams and Gothic door reflect a different time and contrast well with the modern interior design, which uses subtle tones of green reflecting the natural surroundings.
 
The Cottage – 1 bedroom.
The Cottage was converted from the original range in the 1940’s to provide a house for the estate workers. This has now been fully refurbished giving it a new open plan living area in a contemporary design.
 
The Coach – 1 bedroom.
This former Coach House has been converted to provide a stunning space for a 1 bedroom cottage. Downstairs the tall ceilings and 10 foot tall glass French doors gives this space grandeur whilst upstairs the low beams and soft lighting ensure the perfect cosy hideaway dream bedroom.
 
The Dairy – 1 bedroom.
The Dairy is a very pretty, cosy cottage, with exposed timbers, soft toned walls and touches of warm crimson and green. From the cobbled courtyard you walk into your private covered entrance way into an open-plan living area with an underfloor heated flagstone floor and Charnwood wood burning stove (there is an unlimited supply of kindling and logs) a comfortable sofa and chair with a Smart TV, Blu- Ray Player (also plays DVD’s and CD’s), Wi-Fi and books and magazines are provided for your enjoyment.
 
The Laundry – 1 bedroom.
This stunning one bedroom cottage has a name which belies the deep history within it’s walls. Originally part of the early 15th century manor house, the Laundry has the benefit of the reopened archway which is now fully glazed and looks out onto the private patio and garden, with a magnificent Cedar tree at its centre.
