Wonderfully situated in the stunning  Black Mountains, we are a friendly, family run establishment, which provides homely Bed and Breakfast, idyllic, natural camping, or glamping in our cosy pod or shepherds’ hut.

Accommodation is available to you if you wish to ride, go walking, cycling, or sightseeing, or one of the many other activities available in the locality, or if you are just accompanying those taking part in trekking.

BED & BREAKFAST

April to October

The Victorian farm guesthouse has a comfortable sitting room with log fire, and you’ll be happy to know we are completely TV and phone signal free. This gives you a chance for quiet relaxation, book reading or happy banter about the days’ exploits. In the dining room we serve country-style home cooking, hearty breakfasts, three course evening meals for groups of three or more, as well as provide packed lunches for your following day riding walking and exploring.
Each bedroom is en-suite with tea and coffee making facilities. We offer private parking and there is local transport available by arrangement.

GLAMPING

– All Year Round –
We have two very simple glamping pods with different heating set-ups and depending on availability, you would be welcome to choose whichever one you like best.
One is called the Shepherds Hut and is pictured here. It has a double and a single bed in, and a wood burning fire inside. The other we call the Glamping Pod has a king-size double bed in, a little electric heater inside, chest of draws and a table.

Both have bedding included, access to close parking, a campfire, compost loo and benches outside. As well as running water, a toilet and shower block, 2 minutes away at reception.
Full cooked breakfast and packed lunches are available extras too.

CAMPING

– All Year Round –

We are very happy to give cubs, brownies, guides and scouts a fabulous time, confidence building and learning new skills. This can be enjoyed with an overnight camp under the starts. We are pleased to be able to provide a separate campsite, if necessary, for guides, scouts, Duke of Edinburgh expeditions and hen/stag parties. However, always keep in mind you’ve got another option – shepherd’s huts and sleeping pods are available for leaders, assessors or those not wishing to camp
