Parkwood Outdoors Dolygaer is an award winning activity centre based in the south of the Brecon Beacons National Park. The centre offers a fantastic range of activities such as sailing, caving, climbing, hiking and gorge adventures with options available for all ages and abilities.
The scenic surroundings really need to be seen first hand to be believed with stunning views over the Pontsticill reservoir, Nant Callan river and Brecon Beacon’s rolling hills all can be viewed from the site. We also have multiple accommodation options to suit every style including the campsite, Dolygaer Lodge, Dolygaer Chalet and Dolygaer Cottage, which offers guests a luxurious way to unwind after a day’s activities. Activities;
We offer a fantastic range of activities and challenges for all ages and abilities.
Zip Wire – Over a 100m long and starts 20m up a tree. Just climbing the tree is an exhilarating achievement, but then you have to step off!
Crate Stack – A team challenging event with the aim to climb as high as possible while balancing on crates. The more you work together the higher you will get. Lots of fun for a family, corporate events or parties.
Caving – Parkwood Outdoors offers groups and individuals of all ages the opportunity to explore breathtaking caves in the heart of the Welsh countryside.

Raft Building -Raft building in the Pontsticill reservoir is a great activity for parties, families, corporate days or small groups.
Rock Climbing and Abseil – Our friendly and qualified instructors will ensure fun, enjoyment and safety are at the heart of each climbing trip.
Sailing – Learn to sail with fully qualified RYA staff. Once you feel the wind rushing through your hair you will never want to stop.
